Diagnostic kit for the early detection of colorectal cancer (CRC) and advanced adenomas (AA) using a non-invasive method that is easy to use by non-specialists and does not require specific molecular biology facilities. The successful implementation of this kit will achieve faster diagnostic results and drastically reduce the costs of such diagnoses.
